Occasionally hires for in-store customer service role

Waterbee Pools & Hot Tubs may occasionally be looking for a new team member to begin training for a customer service position in our retail store.

When we decide to hire a new customer service staff member, we are looking for someone who will be committed to long-term employment here, advancing your role and earnings with increasing responsibilities/independence. This business has many facets, so this role is suited for someone who appreciates variety in their tasks and takes the initiative to use their time effectively. Opportunities for ongoing learning will be made available as your role grows.

This position is intended to be year-round & permanent, but hours are likely to vary seasonally – with increased hours through the summer (generally late-spring to late-fall) and reduced somewhat in the winter. Hours will begin as part-time during training.

This position does require some lifting and carrying on a regular basis to assist customers with their purchases and rearranging store stock, so you must be able to accommodate that physical aspect of the job.

Math skills will come in handy for many tasks.

Prior experience & knowledge of pool and/or hot tub related care & repair would be wonderful, but is not necessary as ongoing training will be provided in these areas.
